We work with customers design teams to develop required fabrics, trims prior to selling season using our vast network of fabric mills and vendor located in Bangladesh.
Our dedicated product development team located in Dhaka office controls this important function in close coordination with customers product development teams.
Our In house sample room equipped with CAD and other Latest digital technology ensures that new marketing samples are made and presented to ensure better sales.
Based on customer needs and target market, we develop pricing strategy and work with accredited and fully complaint manufacturers located in Bangladesh to achieve pricing needs of our customers.
Our qualified pricing and production specialists make a full pre assessment along with pricing to ensure manufacturers capabilities to meet customers product making, quality and delivery requirements
After Orders are placed, our experienced Merchant team works closely with fabric mills and trim vendors to monitor and control piece goods and trim approval process, quality, and delivery flow to assigned manufactures. All items go through required testing process before they are delivered to manufacturers.
Our Primary goal is to ensure that final product is manufactured as per required quality parameters. To ensure this our experienced quality team follow an agreed set of quality protocols in close liaison with factory production team.
Our Quality team conducts Pre-Production meetings, Pilot runs, inline quality checks, washing and packing integrity checks and final product inspections following pre agreed AQL standards before the product is allowed to be shipped.
If Independent third-party audits are required, our quality team closely liaise with audit company to conduct the audits before product is shipped.

Our Logistics team follow up shipments right from manufacturing facility to Port to ensure merchandise is shipped promptly on allocated carriers as per agreed timelines.
Our logistics team also closely work with customers import teams and provide them all required documentation and timely updates on status of shipments at all times until shipment reaches destination..
We work with manufacturers that are fully compliant with local laws as well as accredited by Internationally recognized social compliance programs such as-WRAP, Cedex, BSCI and Security programs under CTPAT and other similar security audit programs.
Our manufacturers in Bangladesh were approved for Building, Fire and Structural integrity by ACCORD, ALLIANCE, and their Transitional Organization RSC.
Our Compliance team closely monitor Factory Compliance status to ensure all certifications stay current and valid.
